Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, Érde Meere is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We will assist when possible, but claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.
